Spring has Sprung
Easter has come and the housing market is hopping (no pun intended). It is a great time to list your property if you are thinking about selling. At our staff meeting yesterday it was brought up that we have 66 new listings and 78 new accepted contracts. Is means that we have more buyers than sellers.
This is great news for both buyers and sellers and let me tell you why:
For the seller- Property is selling much quicker than in the previous months because buyers are on the move literally. The market is flooded with new buyers and the buyers who have been looking for a while they are anxious to see NEW listings.
For the buyer- Sellers who are educated about our current market know there are more buyers than sellers and they will appreciate that you chose their home even more.
Just like planning a new baby there is never a perfect time to buy and sell real estate. There is always one more room you would like to paint or one more deposit to put into your savings account. The market really is great right now.
